This article is to exlain the automatic production line for the hollow blocks, which needs the automatic brick making machines, such as box feeder, roller crusher, mixer, extruder, cutter, robot stacking system, and tunnel kiln. The block size normally can be 390*200*190mm, but also can be customzied as customer requirements.
The hollow blocks can be used for the inner-wall construction materials, these blocks should have enough strength and mroe than 60% hole rate. In china, the burning fuel for this block production line, usually, to be the coal. And the twice setting technology must be required for the drying process.

For the big size hollow blocks, Halstec recommand the JKY60 Extruder Line and Pallet Loading and Unloading system, room-type dryer, tunnel kilns, robot stacking machines, etc.
Big size hollow blocks can not directly stack layers by layers, because the hole rate is around 60-70%, the wall of block too thin, not strong enough for stacking. So the pallet loading system can place the blocks on the single pallet, then transfer into the dryer to finish block drying process.
After drying in the dryer, pallet by pallet, then blocks can have enough strength, which suitable for the block stacking.

Finished Brick Samples
According to different usage purpose, finished bricks can be divided into out-wall decoration bricks, and inner-wall construction bricks.
Out-wall decoration bricks come with smooth surface and uniform color , and normally burning fuel is natural gas or coal powder, which is showered into the burning kiln by specific tube system. Out-wall decoration bricks also can be called as Face bricks.
Inner-wall construction bricks, normally featured with rough surface, but higher strength. Burning fuel for inner-wall construction bricks is coal, which can be added into the raw materials, or threw from the top of burning kiln.
