Halstec's design for auto brick plant, with Drying chamber and hoffman kiln, is widly used in the Asia countries. Production lines which are avialble for visiting all located in Bangladesh, Nepal, India, etc. These factories normally use one box feeder, one roller crusher, one mixer, one extruder, one cutter. Then can get green bricks, which will be transfererd to the natural drying ground by labors. After 7 days drying, then will go into the Hoffman to finish the brick burning process.
Besides the drying chamber and hoffman kiln design, we still have high-end bricks manufacturing plant design which is fully automated, reliable and efficient production process. It is certified to ISO9001 standards and is capable of producing a wide range of red clay bricks, perforated bricks and other types of bricks.
Raw Materials for our brick production plants can be clay, shale, coal gangue, etc, and burning fuel can be coal powder and natural gas. Halstec Hoffman Kiln comes with different capactiy deisgn, such as 24 gate, 48 gate, 52 gate, etc.
Normally Hoffman kiln with the drying chambers or the natural drying method.
Tunnel Kiln belongs to the new technology and advanced brick burning method in the world. It comes with easy management, higher output, good quality of finished bricks, higher capacity per day. Also with less labors, belongs to the fully automatic design.
Rotary Kiln, it is a latest, state-out-art design in China. And we have exported this technology to around 15 countries, such as 7.2m section, 8.6m section and 12.98m setcion. This type of kilns come with 110-170m diameter, while diameter 150m is recommanded. The length of the kiln can be 170m, the finished brick capapcity around 100,000-300,000 bricks per day. Whole line need around 15 labors, no need kiln car, very easy to manage, and very lower maintenance cost.

Packaging and Shipping for Semi-automatic Brick Plant:
Simple brick machines are made in Chinese suppliler workshop, then will be delivered to the customer project location by container or by heavy trucks.
In order to keep the safty of machines, after loading into the container, machines will be fixed by the fasten belts or steel wires to ensure that products can arrive at the destination in a good condition.
Finished Brick Samples
According to different usage purpose, finished bricks can be divided into out-wall decoration bricks, and inner-wall construction bricks.
Out-wall decoration bricks come with smooth surface and uniform color , and normally burning fuel is natural gas or coal powder, which is showered into the burning kiln by specific tube system. Out-wall decoration bricks also can be called as Face bricks.
Inner-wall construction bricks, normally featured with rough surface, but higher strength. Burning fuel for inner-wall construction bricks is coal, which can be added into the raw materials, or threw from the top of burning kiln.
