The Brick Plant Machine is an automatic brick making plant designed to produce solid or hollow bricks with a capacity of up to 600,000 bricks per day. While all machine choose should follow the capacity requirements of customers. If one day 100000 bricks is required, then smaller machine, and hoffman kiln or the smaller tunnel kiln is advised.
For the kiln, we have Hoffman kiln, drying chamber, masonry tunnel kiln, prefabricated tunnel kiln and rotary kiln for differnet investment condition. Normally, we advise customers to prepare the land at the area of around 30000M2. Of course, the biger land can provide more space for the storage of the finished bricks and raw materails.
Auto brick making machines can be divided into the material feeding machine, crushing machine, mixing machine, extruding machine, cutting machine, and stacking machine etc.Kiln can be Hoffman, tunnel kiln, rotary kiln, while we recommand the rotary kiln which is most widly used in China at presnet. Finished Brick Samples
According to different usage purpose, finished bricks can be divided into out-wall decoration bricks, and inner-wall construction bricks.
Out-wall decoration bricks come with smooth surface and uniform color , and normally burning fuel is natural gas or coal powder, which is showered into the burning kiln by specific tube system. Out-wall decoration bricks also can be called as Face bricks.
Inner-wall construction bricks, normally featured with rough surface, but higher strength. Burning fuel for inner-wall construction bricks is coal, which can be added into the raw materials, or threw from the top of burning kiln.
